Weekly meals are prepped and packaged on Thursdays and ready for pick up or delivery every Friday. Freshness is guaranteed and no meals are ever frozen. We source the best quality ingredients for every meal. The FAST Meals are larger than many other meal preps coming in at 28/32oz rather than 13 oz! Upon arrival you can store in the refrigerator for 5-6 days, freeze for up to a month or heat in your microwave for 3-5 minutes to your desired temperature, in the microwave safe containers. You can also empty contents and heat on stove top or in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes! *All meals are fully cooked and chilled. Once meals are delivered and accepted, "FAST" is not responsible how meals are stored, food allergies if not communicated and/or heated.
