Meals will be freshly prepared, and all meal orders need to be submitted on Tuesday of the current week. Meals will be delivered on Friday with free delivery. Current meals are for the week of 11/23 All meal orders must be placed by Tuesday 11/19 of the current week. Meals for the week are delivered every FRIDAY with free delivery.  *No refunds on orders can be made after Tuesday of the current week.

Weekly meals are prepped and packaged on Thursdays and ready for pick up or delivery every Friday. Freshness is guaranteed and no meals are ever frozen. We source the best quality ingredients for every meal. The FAST Meals are larger than many other meal preps coming in at 28/32oz rather than 13 oz! Upon arrival you can store in the refrigerator for 5-6 days, freeze for up to a month or heat in your microwave for 3-5 minutes to your desired temperature, in the microwave safe containers. You can also empty contents and heat on stove top or in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes! *All meals are fully cooked and chilled. Once meals are delivered and accepted, "FAST" is not responsible how meals are stored and/or heated.
